During the fourteen-week program, participants will receive tailored consulting and support to develop their digital content and distribution strategy, optimize their website and advertising technologies, and establish or refine a sustainable stream of digital ad revenue.

“The digital media ecosystem is complex and challenging for many medium and small media companies in Latin America”, said Rodrigo Bonilla, Director for the Americas at WAN-IFRA. “This lab will provide extremely useful tools, insights and guidance for news organisations to increase revenue from digital advertising and have a more robust digital presence. 

The GNI Latin America Advertising Revenue Lab is part of the GNI Digital Growth Program.  

Launched in 2020, the GNI Digital Growth Program was designed with industry experts and news publishers across the world to help small-to-mid-sized news organisations achieve digital success through free play books, interactive exercises, digital workshops and labs.
